My condolences to the Reed family. Mr. Reed was my 5th grade teacher at McEbright elementary school in the early 70's in Akron,ohio. I have a lot of good memories with him as a teacher and as a good person. From coaxing me to join in on the spelling bee to joining the local Boy Scouts troop #77. He will forever be remembered.

I am so sorry to hear of "Buddy's" passing. You see, we lived in The Palisades Dr." neighborhood of Akron, OH many years ago. Our family's were very close, the kids played together, your family lived 2 doors away. In the summer your parents had a swimming pool set up in your front yard that we swam in. My brother Gary was friends with "Buddy." When your family moved from the neighborhood to the Upper Merriman area our family's visited each other and stayed connected for many years. May I express my condolences to the Reed family during this difficult time. You will be in my prayers and thoughts.
