A trust agreement is set up between you and the funeral home and payments are made payable to Ohio Funeral Directors Association Master Trust with a binding contract. At the time of your death, the funeral home provides OFDA Master Trust with a death certificate to complete the trust contract. The trust then pays the funeral home.

Your trust account can be transferred to any funeral home in the continental United States if you should move out of state and choose to transfer your pre-arrangement to another funeral home.
