Abigail & Oakley Tipton-Powell

Abigail and Oakley Tipton-Powell, stillborn twin daughters of Wyatt Powell and Bristol Tipton, went to live with the angels when they were born at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2026 in McGee Women’s Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

In addition to their parents, they are survived by grandparents: Ashley (Aaron Koch) Stine of Freeport, Matt (Ashley) Tipton of Hopedale, Mike and Amanda Powell of Freeport, great-grandparents: Randy and Tena Stine of Freeport and Fred and Shelly Tipton of Hopedale; two aunts: Toxey Coner and Isabella Koch, and two uncles CJ Powell of Freeport and Justus (Hunter) Koch and their daughters of Freeport.

Private graveside services were held at 6:00 p.m. Monday, July 27, 2026 in Greenmont Union Cemetery. Pastor David Koch officiated.
