John "Jack" Heath
Age 83, of 78600 Freeport Tippecanoe Road, Freeport, Harrison County, Ohio died unexpectedly at 2:19 p.m. Sunday, November 1, 2015.
He was born May 27, 1932 in Allen Center, Union County, Ohio; a son of the late Albert Heath and Edna Johnson Heath.
Jack retired in 1998 after driving truck for 23 years for the OM Scotts Fertilizer Company in Marysville, Ohio.
A brother, George Heath, and Jack's twin brother, James Heath preceded him in death.
Graveside services and burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2015 in Greenmont Union Cemetery, Freeport, Ohio with Pastor Dave Koch officiating.
