Ricky Lee Boyce
Ricky Lee Boyce, age 56, of 306 East Main Street, Holloway died at 4:48 a.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2023 in Southeast Ohio Regional Medical Center Emergency Room, Cambridge, Ohio from complications following surgery.
He was born February 19, 1966, to Leroy Earl Boyce of Holloway and the late Darlene Sue Singer Boyce who died in 2019.
Ricky was a 1984 graduate of Union Local High School.
He was a former police officer for Holloway and Belmont County and was still actively working as a certified dog trainer for his own business, Dog Speak Academy in Holloway.
Surviving in addition to his dad, Leroy Earl Boyce of Holloway, are his best canine friends: Major and Louie; two daughters: Katelyn and Allyson; three grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon to 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 27, 2023 in Koch Funeral Home, 216 S. High Street, Freeport where a service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Jon Little officiating. Burial will follow in Nottingham Cemetery, Moorefield Township, Ohio.
