Thomas Clyde Greenwood, Jr., age 69, of Piedmont, was found deceased at his home on Sunday, February 9, 2020.
He was born March 10, 1950 in Wheeling, West Virginia; a son of the late Thomas Clyde Greenwood, Sr. and Mary V. Greenwood.
He was a Wheeling High School graduate. He served in the United States Navy for four years following graduation.
He retired as a prison guard from a Texas state prison.
Surviving are a sister, Rose (William) Aracich of Follansbee, West Virginia; two nieces: Jody Fabian of Colliers, WV and Lauren Greenwood of Wheeling, WV; and a sister-in-law, Brenda Greenwood of Wheeling.
Preceded in death by a sister: Rita Greenwood, a brother James Greenwood, and a nephew Joel Greenwood.
There will be no visitation or services.
